What primary services do you offer?
Strategic Firearm Solutions (SFS) provides a complete firearms solution to our customers. We begin with a professional consult to determine the exact needs and capabilities of the customer. When needs and capabilities have been identified, we then provide a customized weapon system tailored to fit the specific customer. If needed, SFS will then provide a training course specific to the customer and their weapon system. SFS specializes in building and customizing weapon systems and gear to perform in the harshest conditions. At SFS we do more than sale guns.

Strategic Firearm Consulting (SFS) is a Federal Firearms Licensed 07/02 (FFL/SOT). We specialize in everything firearms and tactical gear. We specialize in working with Law Enforcement Agencies and Individual Officers to ensure they are equipped with weapons, equipment and tactics that have been thoroughly tested, so in a time of need they can be counted on to work. We strive to make sure those who protect our communities 24/7/365 have the firearms and gear they need to keep everyone safe

Does SFS build custom AR-15's?
You bet we do! SFS will build your dream AR-15 customized to your specific needs and budget. SFS uses only the highest quality parts in their builds, so you can rely on your firearm when needed.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, personal checks, USPS money orders, and credit cards. If paying by check, items will be held until check is cleared through the bank. Prices listed and quoted reflect a cash discount. Add 4% for credit card use.
What is your return policy?
Firearms: SFS is happy to process returns within 7 days as long as we have not shipped or transferred the firearm. Shipped firearms may be returnable, at our sole discretion, provided that the firearm(s) are unused and returned in their original packaging and condition, and the return request was made within 7 days of delivery. All returned firearms are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping fees for returns to SFS are the sole responsibility of the customer.
NFA Items: SFS is happy to process returns within 7 days as long as we have not initiated the BATFE NFA transfer process. If the BATFE NFA transfer process has been initiated, and a return request is made within 7 days of purchase, a 40% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount.
Accessories: SFS is happy to process returns within 7 days of delivery as long as the product(s) are unused and in their original packaging and condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping fees for returns to SFS are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Ammunition: SFS does not accept returns for ammunition.
What are your terms and conditions?
Strategic Firearm Solutions (SFS) reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason we deem necessary. SFS ships to consumers and dealers within the United States. Many products sold by SFS are regulated by federal, state and local governments, and not all products are available or legal in all locations. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure each item is legal in his/her state and local vicinity. SFS will not ship or transfer to states where items are known to be prohibited.
